Palm Beach county is under water restrictions and the permits for a well are under a bit more consideration to obtain. I suggest that you plan your needs for a well now as there maybe more restrictions soon. We can travel to Boca Raton and Boynton Beach and West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens all the way to Jupiter. The South Florida Water Management District and the Palm Beach County Health Department governs the water treatment business in our local area of Pqalm Beach. The Florida Department of Environmental Protection is also involved in the water treatment process as is the EPA.
Lake Okeechobee is at a very low level as we have had little rain and the US Army Corps of Engineers governs the levels of water in the lake and the maintence of the lakes levee. Water restrictions maybe the order of things for a while to come.
Water Treatment
Package plants are merely small water treatment plants that treat water for small areas that do not have county or municipal water available at their location. We can fix and repair pumps and motors.
CL2 or chlorine is needed to be pumped into the water per DEP and US EPA regulations and is needed to control waterborne diseases. We can perform maintenance and repairs to your chlorine feed pumps and systems.
Water is a precious resouce
Water or H2O is a very precious resource and without it there is no life. One needs to be certified from the State of Florida to treat water and we are certified and have years of experience in treating water and water treatment.
Erosion Control Inspection
The Florida Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Inspector Training & Certification Program is available from the FDEP.
The Nonpoint Source Management Section of the FDEP is currently implementing the Florida Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Inspector Training Program. The goal of the program is to increase the proper design, construction, and maintenance of erosion and sediment controls during construction and to assure the proper long-term operation and maintenance of stormwater systems after construction is completed. Stormwater inspection is a very important part of a preventive maintance program.
The primary program objective offered by the DEP is to provide training to private and public employees in various construction related fields. The training program is primarily directed towards erosion control inspectors and contractors, however, permit reviewers, public works personnel and engineers will also benefit from this program.

Leak Detecting of pipes avaialble in West Palm Beach
Have a leak detector check your pipes to determine the location of a leak. It can save you money in the long run as leaks are expensive in wasting water and they destroy the pipes and surrounding area. It can save you time and money to locate and repair leaky pipes. Leaks located and serviced in the West Palm Beach area and suburban locations.
Protecting the quality of Florida's water resources is why water and wastewater management is so important to all of the state of Florida. Improper disposal of the many millions of gallons of wastewater that is produced in Florida every day could damage our drinking water supply with bacterial contamination.
Wastewater or treated sewage also damages the delicate eco-system of the offshore coral reefs in the shallow waters of South Florida. They smother the reefs and they slowly die. The bacteriological levels of the surrounding waters are higher that they can be and it is to our advantage to make sure the water is properly treated prior to discharge.
We can offer information on the wastewater-related activities in the State of Florida and the DEP, including the coordination of the federally delegated National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES).
There are about 4,130 large and small permitted wastewater facilities in the state of Florida. These sewage treatment facilities represent both domestic and industrial wastewater facilities which are legally allowed by the FDEP to discharge treated wastewater either to ground water or into surface water in the state of Florida.
The Department of Environmental Protection has the primary role of regulating public water systems in Florida. Authority derives from Chapter 403, Part IV, Florida Statutes and by delegation of the federal program from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The Department has promulgated a number of rules in the Florida Administrative Code.
A public water system is one that provides water to 25 or more people for at least 60 days each year or serves 15 or more service connections. These public water systems may be publicly or privately owned and operated.
Very small water systems which provide water for public consumption maybe regulated by the County Department of Health and the local county health departments.
Digging of water wells, both public and private, and the quantities of water that may be extracted, are regulated by the Water Management Districts, we are regulated by the South Florida Water Management District.
